Breezy Lake 5th Annual Fishing Tournament
Catch & Release Only Event
Sponsors : Veteran Roofing
Date: May 31, 2025
Time: 8:30am - 10:30 am
Registration 8:00am
Fishing starts 8:30am
Prizes at 10:45am
Location: Breezy Lake Beach Coventry, RI 02816 (parking White Rock Rd)
Cost: Angler $15 per Adult, $5 per child
Boat additional $15 - 3 person limit; Life jackets required by law
Family - $30 - up to 2 adults and unlimited children
RULES OF TOURNAMENT:
● Boats - Row boats, kayaks, canoes, electric motors(no gas)- no boat ramp
Boats can be launched from The Beach or private property but all boats must start at the beach at 8:30 am
● NO Poles in water until 8:30 am - horn will be blown
● Bait will be available, if needed-Joe to supply
● Disclosure- can only enter 1 fish per age category.
● ALL fish entries must be checked by official- catch will be logged & prizes
will be awarded at end of tournament
● You must be present to win a prize
● Top Rules of Fishing Sportsmanship
1. Handle ALL fish with care
2. Avoid getting in the way of other fishing persons
3. If on a boat, be respectful of other boaters
4. If on shore, try not to cross lines of other anglers
5. Clean up after yourself
6. Be patient & try to be quiet
7. Most importantly, have fun!!
